We employ the latest in recruitment technology in order to streamline

popular online Job Board and web-enabled
candidate database utilize cutting-edge technology, allowing us to react quickly and efficiently to
clients' requests, and to consistently locate outstanding candidates.
Our niche is bilingual English/French recruitment. However, we do offer one-stop staffing solutions, and
if we can find
the "right fit" in a bilingual candidate, we can do the
same for English-only situations.
We do not send out resumes of candidates whom we have not personally met, nor do we send out candidates’ resumes without their knowledge.

Fees for permanent placement are a percentage of the first year's annual salary. Each placement comes with a replacement guarantee, provided
that our payment terms have been honoured.
Temporary Staffing
We are able to provide staff on a temporary basis for long or short-term assignments. All of our temporary staff undergo the same rigorous screening as
candidates do for our permanent positions. Our employees are guaranteed, and should you not be satisfied with their performance and inform us within the first
four hours of the assignment, you will not be billed and a replacement will be found.
Fees for temporary staff are an hourly rate based on the skills and experience
required, with fees quoted on a per assignment basis. Bill rates include the hourly wage rate paid to the employee, all legislated employer contributions, and all direct administrative costs.
Contract Staff
We provide flexible staffing for long or short-term assignments, with the difference
being that you payroll the employee. Fees for this option are prorated against the permanent placement
fee, however, a minimum fee applies, and the greater of the two will be charged. The guarantee period for contract placements is
prorated against our standard guarantee.
